cancellations & delays
running late? please let us know of any delay, your session may be cancelled if we have not heard from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. late arrival will mean a reduced treatment time or cancellation of your session. we will do what is possible to provide a treatment.
need to cancel? if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us to rearrange. we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy and failure to cancel or rearrange before the 24 hours will result in the loss of the treatment and a charge of the full cost of treatment
